Excel Data Encoding is a home-based online job that provides clients essential information about a particular company or establishment that offers different services which caters the clients' need. Entering accurate data while following all regulations and maintaining confidentiality is all part of the job. To be an excel data encoder, one must acquire the following skills:
  • Knows how to prepare and sort data for computer entry
  • Maintains the data system and ensures all information is correct
  • Checks work for errors or duplicate entries
  • Has BASIC KNOWLEDGE on MS Excel
  • Intellectually alert and attentive to follow the instructions provided by E.D.E.

Application Requirements:
1. Must be a legitimate Filipino Citizen, with good moral character and is currently residing in the Philippines.
2. No AGE LIMIT. Whether you are currently a high school/undergraduate student  are welcome to apply as an excel data encoder.
4. Basic knowledge in using MS Excel and the Internet to search for significant information.
5. Accessibility on internet or through the use of mobile data.
6. Must be residing on a place where money transfer services are available for payout/salary. 
7. The applicant must have a laptop, tablet or personal computer for convenience in encoding data. The applicant may also use a cellphone with a capability to do split screen but is not highly encouraged. 



The company uses the membership fee of each member to support the goals of the company which is to gather more clients in order to introduce more job opportunities for each member. It will also be an assurance of the company that the 400 pesos membership they paid for are used to maintain a systematic workflow. As long as the member will do their responsibilities as an excel data encoder, will provide the accurate data needed by clients and has good moral values, the company acknowledges each effort by providing bonuses. The 400 pesos fee is a lifetime membership fee.

After validation of your registration fee, it will only take 36 to 48 hours for our I.T. Team to prepare your working list of Task Item/s you will be working with.

TAKE NOTE: You are not required to settle the registration fee if you are not qualified to work as an Excel Data Encoder.


How to apply as an EXCEL DATA ENCODER?

3. You will receive an e-mail if you have been selected to work as an encoder. 
4. In joining EDE company, you are obliged to pay 400 pesos for membership fee.
5. After paying, you will receive an e-mail "VALIDATION ON PROCESS" and will shortly receive another e-mail stating that you have been registered in the database system.

What do I do as an EXCEL DATA ENCODER?
  1. If you are a new member, you will be given a link via e-mail to join in a particular Facebook group whether Team Eagle, Tiger and Wolf. Task will be posted in the Facebook group where you belong and download the excel file provided.
  2. For example, if you are given a task to look for Hotel in Cebu City, you just provide the name of the Hotels  within Cebu City, its description, the category, address, contact number and website.
  3. In providing the website, you can copy the link of its official business page or from other sites that provides the details of the particular establishment or company (e.g. Hotels, as long as you do not use the site from a Facebook page.
  4. In providing for the description, you may write your own description about the Hotels or you may also input the services they offer. 
  5. There are some establishments or companies that have different branches within a particular place. You may include those branches but it is only limited to three branches and you may provide the SAME DESCRIPTION AND WEBSITE but DIFFERENT CONTACT NUMBER AND ADDRESS.



6. If the task provided has an instruction that it should only be WITHIN THE CITY, you provide data that can be found within the city only. If it stated NEARBY CITY, you extend your research up to 50km from the vicinity or the city.

EXCEL DATA ENCODING POLICIES
  • All new members or members who have been working for EDE in less than a month however, did not earn anything at all from the system are allowed for an option to refund their Membership Fee in full, but they will no longer be allowed to join again including other projects of the company that may be launched from time to time.
  • Members who have been exhibiting unethical performance are automatically TERMINATED and is no longer allowed to work as an encoder in the company.
  • Members must strictly comply, perform well in its tasks and give an accurate and complete data that is necessary to the needs of the client.

How to claim your income?

        Task submission is every Friday of the week until 6:00 a.m. All tasks submitted are checked for validation by an evaluator every SUNDAY to MONDAY 12 AM to 5 AM. The company updates the excel data encoders regarding the amount of money they received in doing the task through e-mails. Salary range is 200-500 pesos task per week.

        Request for payout or salary is every Sunday and it should reach at least 250 pesos. For those members who earned less than 250 pesos, they may include their balance in the next cut-off. All income reports specifically the releasing dates are being sent to your e-mail before payday. You may follow the format for payout request:
